Key Features
Visual Edge Banding: Using 5 quick, color-coded buttons, simply click on the edges of your 3D model. The program instantly highlights the edges with a clear 3D color line (red, green, blue, purple, yellow). You can easily customize the thicknesses and names of the edge bands (e.g., ABS 2mm, ABS 1mm, Veneer) in the settings.
Grain Direction Control: With a single click on a face, determine whether the part should be cut cross-grain or along the grain. The program draws a clear direction indicator directly on the part.
Advanced 2D Layout with Guillotine Algorithm: Select your components and the program will automatically generate a professional 2D cutting plan based on your actual board formats. The integrated guillotine algorithm packs the parts in a way that maximizes the size of the remaining board (offcut), keeping it in one large, continuous piece.
Absolute Technical Clarity: On the generated layout plan, all your parts are labeled with their name, exact dimensions (width and length along the edges), and color indicators for edge banding and grain direction. The saw blade lines (kerf) are accurately drawn, showing the exact cut path through the entire board.
