Thank you for purchasing the MoGrOv Generator SketchUp plugin. 

Because our product is a digital software download that is accessible immediately upon purchase, we generally operate under a strict no-refund policy once the digital delivery/license key generation has occurred. 

However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a conditional 14-day money-back guarantee under the following circumstances:

1. TECHNICAL ISSUES

If the Software completely fails to function or install on your compatible system (SketchUp 2021 or newer, Windows or macOS), and our technical support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days of being notified, we will issue a full refund.

2. BEFORE REQUESTING A REFUND

To be eligible for a technical refund, you must:

- Contact our support team with a detailed description of the error.

- Provide relevant screenshots or error logs from SketchUp.

- Confirm that your system meets the minimum software compatibility requirements.

3. EXCLUSIONS

Refunds will not be issued for:

- Changing your mind after downloading and activating the software.

- Purchasing the product by mistake without checking compatibility.

- Lack of skills or basic knowledge required to use SketchUp.

Once a refund is approved and processed, your unique license key will be permanently deactivated, and you must completely remove the Software from your devices.
