TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to MoGrOv Generator. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MoGrOv Generator SketchUp plugin (the "Software") and any related services provided by Gregor Mohorič ("we", "our", or "us").

By purchasing, downloading, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

1. LICENSE GRANT

Subject to your payment of the applicable fees, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license to download, install, and use the Software for your personal or professional use.

2. LICENSE RESTRICTIONS & DEVICES

A single license purchase allows you to activate and use the Software on up to two (2) devices simultaneously (e.g., one desktop and one laptop) owned and operated exclusively by you. You may not rent, lease, sublicense, sell, or distribute the Software or your license key to any third party.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Software, including its code, interface, and design, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Gregor Mohorič.

4. COMPATIBILITY & UPDATES

The Software is designed for SketchUp 2021 and newer versions on compatible Windows and macOS systems. While we strive to provide updates for compatibility, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or compatibility with future updates of third-party software.

5. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate your license and revoke your license key immediately without notice if you violate any of these Terms.

6. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Slovenia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
